Our client is one of the largest and most successful housing groups in the Midlands providing around 30,000 homes with a turnover of £150 million per year.   They want everything they do to help achieve the vision of ‘Creating places where people are proud to live and work' and to put customers and employees at the very heart of this delivery.  

They are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to support the successful delivery of governance across the business. Working as part of the Governance Team you will be involved in a wide range of tasks that deliver effective board and committee meetings, while providing support to board members. 

You will be experienced in working to tight deadlines with high levels of accuracy and able to deal with multiple priorities at the same time. You must be able to demonstrate initiative, have the ability to deal with a diverse range of people and enquiries and have experience of using computer packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint. You will need a high level of commitment to provide excellent customer focused service and be a confident communicator. 

You should be excited about implementing new and changing systems and process as this is an exciting time to be joining the Governance Team.
