I am recruiting for Dynamic, professional Customer Service Advisors to join a leading brand based in Lutterworth. A competitive salary of up to GBP18,000 is offered alongside great opportunities for progression.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday rotating shifts between 8am and 6pm.

Key Duties will include

  • Working as part of the customer support team
  • Demonstrate professionalism, confident, telephone skills
  • Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Timely and professional response to requests and calls
  • Data administration
  • Regulatory Products analysis
  • Internet queries/registrations
  • Provide information on product availability
  • To ensure health and safety is supported within the workplace
  • To carryout any customer support functions that meets deadlines and responsibilities, demonstrating, politeness, proficiency, and skilled behaviour:

Skills, knowledge & competencies

  • Customer focused
  • Excellent telephone technique
  • Computer literate - intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multi task
  • Effective/comprehensive communication
  • Delivers quality through attention to detail high level of accuracy
  • Self motivated and demonstrates initiative and results orientated
  • Meets business commitments through acceptance of accountability, customer ownership, time management, punctuality/attendance
