If you are a great HR Manager / Snr Business Partner and confident in providing a professional, proactive and comprehensive and tailored service to each of our clients then this is the right role for you.

Role: To provide a variety of core HR services, Primarily focusing upon Strategy and delivery of HR within the clients organisation. You will be expected to identify, implement and support on a variety of HR methods and processes, to optimise standards and reduce risk.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide interventions and business solutions
- Provide quality leadership in a demanding and evolving environment
- Develop and deliver robust workplace plans
- Implement effective and consistent workforce strategies, plans and programmes
- Develop specific areas of HR policy for the whole trust.
- Proactively influence senior leaders to identify and respond to people issues and opportunities
- Supervise and guide the work of the HR Advisor team

Qualifications/skills required:

- Broad knowledge of HR initiatives,
- Stakeholder management and influencing strategies,
- Organisation design models and change management approaches.
- The ability to build excellent working relationships at all levels and maintain good employee relations are needed in this role,
- Good up to date knowledge of employment law and its application in practice
- Specialist HR knowledge ideally including full CIPD qualification
- Proven ability and experience in supporting managers with employee relations challenges
- Good attention to detail
- Methodical and consistent approach to work
- Ability to adapt to change and show initiative
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to travel throughout the UK
