The Commercial division of SF Group are working exclusively to recruit a Business Account Executive . This is a new role due to growth and expansion of the business. This role will be covering the Midlands and North including Scotland. Ideally looking for someone to be based around Leicester which is where the head office is located. Reporting into the Group Sales & Marketing Manager you will work alongside another BAE who covers the southern territory. This role will have full autonomy of your Working week and diary. As the Business Account Executive you will be responsible for sourcing, targeting and expanding the business portfolio for the business in both Human Healthcare and the Veterinary sector. You will identify, and build solid, high-level relationships with existing customers and new customers in order to promote and sell the company's 'Specials' product range and services. You will actively and professionally manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and lead management to prospecting, arranging appointments, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating and closing. Effectively meet (and exceed) sales targets as set by Group Sales and Marketing Manager. Ensure that all sales opportunities are fully captured and fully explored Ensure regular customer contact by booking face to face meetings, emailing or telephone activity Build, manage and maintain a customer base and to ensure that all activity is accurately documented and circulated to relevant departments via a weekly report Thoroughly research and understand the overall business requirements and ROI objectives Create proposals, presentations, contracts and other documentation, in line with relevant department procedures Ensure all written work is of a top quality standard and adheres to the business brand style guidance at all times Represent the business at industry events when required Support the Group Sales and Marketing in Manager in any marketing related activities You will be expected to manage your appointments and diary effectively Overnight stay will be required some months it can be as little as 1-2 nights however when travelling further North or Scotland up to 4 nights need to be allowed so you can make the most of the location and visit multiple clients You also have the option of working from home or in the office This is not a hard aggressive sales role, this will suit more of a Account Manager. The people skills, personality and relationship building skills are essential and will be the driving factor of the successful candidate. You will also need proven and impressive new business track record. A strong Pharma background would be desirable but not essential, as training will be given. High level sales experience in a client facing environment as well as experience of selling new and existing products within the pharmaceutical sector ideally. The determination to quickly gain expert knowledge and experience is a must. Proven listening, negotiating and influencing skills are essential. Numerate and literate with excellent communication skills. Able to deliver clear and concise ideas to internal and external stakeholders and produce top quality written proposals and presentations and excellent project management and planning skills. Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills, meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to multi-task. Ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision and thrive both on own initiative and as part of a team. In return you can expect totally autonomy a base salary of £30,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance, bonus of up to £5,000pa split and paid twice a year, 27 days holiday plus bank holidays.
