A forward thinking business who pride them self on innovation and technology. Description Business Development Manager Covering East Midlands and West Midlands Create an approved Territory Plan of activities to develop the pipeline and business to a size sufficient to exceed targets Identify new business development opportunities, gained through own network, cold calling, referrals, research and telemarketing, and convert them in to leads. (utilise company CRM system) Increase revenue by converting prospects into new clients Attend meetings made by the business telemarketing resources as appropriate Profile 3PL background 5 years of Business Development experience ideally someone with a Consumer Product route to market The sector covers FMCG principally divided into 4 sub-sectors; beverage, home & personal care, food and non-food The role is focused on leveraging existing relationships increasing share of wallet through organic growth as well as new customers.
