You will like The Lead Maintenance Engineer / Supervisor, Electrical Bias, job itself which is regionally based in a key role for blue chip client contract covering Leicester, East Midlands, West Midlands & Cambridgshire. The role is both varied and challenging and leads a stong team within an established Facilities Management FM & Maintenance contract. Generally the role includes delivering preventative and reactive maintenance PPM, hands-on and via team, to mechanical, electrical and plumbing building systems, plus ‘extra’capital replacement / project works according to your specialism. Specifically operating as the lead for the M&E Engineers and to be point of contact for all Mechanical & Electrical / Building Fabric queries. To perform all Mechanical & Electrical / Building Fabric, planned (PPMs) & reactive activities. Act as Regional technical point of contact. Responsible for planned and reactive works at sites. Be part of Call out Rota and respond to emergency call-out requests. Travel to Client Sites within the area and support operational team. You will have 5 years similar experience in building services maintenance/installation, including foreman / supervisory track record. NVQ or City & Guilds in relevant discipline. 17th Edition IEE wiring qualified. HVAC & mechanical systems knowledge desirable. A customer service focus and pride in running an important building to a high standard. Plus be willing and able to continue training, learning & development.
