Assistant HR Advisor
SF Group are currently recruiting for a highly respected client based in Leicestershire, who are currently working on a Absence Management contract, You will be supporting on a key project focusing on Absence Management and management development programme, working closely with managers in the business to coach and support them on how to manage this process. This is a 12 month contract working as part of the project team. This is a project role actively contributing to the development of new initiatives in areas allocated by the HR Manager including a major absence management project, and supporting managers to ensure that they are following process and procedure, supporting and coaching managers to better manage long term sick and shirt term sick, supporting employees to get back into work working closely with occupational health (stress management), analysing data and puling reports where necessary, performance management of people managers, and finally note taking at hearing stage, and advising and supporting on all queries where required. The successful candidate will have experience of supporting on absence management, and experience of providing HR advice to managers on managing absence including long term sick, short term sick. This is a 12 month contract role and this role is paying up to £26,000 plus benefits.
