E-Commerce Administrator & Picker/Packer
We are looking for someone who has some digital design knowledge and experience however we will offer training to the right individual: To research products to assess their suitability for our online sales, which will mostly be in the sporting and outdoors product categories Once products have been decided upon, to add the relevant products onto the internal database To add these products onto the external sales channels as required, along with constant monitoring of existing products and sales strategies on each sales channel To assist in the ordering & sending of the products, and tracking external stock where necessary To import orders daily (or as necessary) onto the job card system & deal with customer queries as required, primarily via email and live chat.
