Recruitment Support Administrator
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrator, for an exciting new opportunity in the Nuneaton area. Job Spec As a Recruitment Support Administrator you would provide administration and coordination support for all members of the recruitment team. Main Duties - Advertising vacancies onto various job boards - Pre-screening telephone Interviews - Booking interviews for suitable candidates - Processing of new starter documentation - Organising, updating and maintaining electronic filing systems for the department - Accurately maintaining office systems and databases - Compliance document collection & check (right to work checks) - Deal with incoming telephone calls and email enquiries to the team - Weekly reports for various departments - General administration duties Qualifications and Experience - The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator (preferably minimum 2 years) with an outgoing and confident personality - NVQ/ City & Guilds Level 3 Business Administration - IT Literate - Administrator background (Recruitment being advantageous) - Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook - A full category "B" driving licence In return, the successful candidate will be rewarded with a Salary rate of £16,000 We are a specialist service provider to the vehicle manufacturing industry and their supply chains and this is an excellent opportunity to join our team. Based in the Nuneaton area this role is commutable from; Coventry, Bedworth, Atherstone, Hinckley, Coventry and Bulkington. A DBS Check will be requested in the event of the individual being offered the position.
