Purchase Ledger AssistantContractLeicester Job PurposeThe Purchase Ledger Assistant will support the Purchase Ledger Analyst with the monthly management of the Purchase Ledger Activities. These activities include all invoice processing, payment runs and support of cash flow forecasts for the company Corporate Services. Maintenance of a Purchase Ledger section. Processing invoices in a timely manner. Statement reconciliations. Query investigation and resolution with Project Managers / Procurement. Dealing with supplier enquiries via the telephone and email. Provision of data in support of external and customer audits. Supporting the Sales Ledger and expenses process as required. Filing and other ad hoc accounting duties.
