Desktop Support engineer A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Desktop support engineer to join well established blue chip organisation based at one of their prestigious customer sites in Derby. As a Desktop Support engineer you will have the following key experience Office 2016 / 0365 SCCM Windows 7 / 10 Server 2008 / 2012 iOS Fault Finding Skills Have a valid UK Driving Licence Experience as a hardware engineer in Desktop, Laptop maintenance/repair Proven experience in software support of all current Microsoft Operating systems and fault resolution Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and XP Operating System, Windows 10 Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 and 2007, 2016 Active Directory experience Ideally Dell Hardware accredited Network patching and un-patching, assigning static IP addresses to devices. Proven printer break-fix experience Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure unsupervised Ability to communicate at all levels Organised, able to manage time and prioritise tasks Excellent administration skills Flexible on working hours & overtime DESIRABLE Microsoft Forefront Pulse Secure Wi-Fi Understanding 3g Understanding Scripting SCCM So if you are a Desktop support /Hardware engineer with the above experience please apply now N.B applicants must be available to start within a week.
