If you have answered yes to these questions, than this is the role for you Receptionist - The Company: Our client is very well known within their industry, they are looking for an organised and customer focused Receptionist to join their team in Leicester. As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization. Receptionist - The Opportunity: You will be answering the phone in a timely and professional manner, transferring multiple calls through to various departments. You will meet and greet visitors, providing excellent customer service. Working within a bright and modern space, you will open the post and distribute accordingly, as well as processing the outgoing post. You will also manage stationery orders as well as general ad hoc administration duties as required. Receptionist - About you : - You will have previous experience as a receptionist - You will have a friendly and professional manner and be IT literate - Strong organisation and communication skills are essential - The ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure If you do not receive a response within five working days then unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
