Executive Support Assistant - Family Support Charity
Home-Start is a federated network of local organisations which provide community based support for families and children. Over the past four decades Home-Start has supported over a million children and has become one of the leading family support charities across the UK.
The Executive Support Asssistant will be responsible for providing proactive and flexible professional support to the Chief Executive and Directors of the organisation.

Maternity cover role not expected to be less than 12 months
Salary: NJC point 24, £21,369 per annum
36 hours per week, based in Leicester
This role is varied and provides an opportunity for the successful candidate to undertake a broad range of administrative support including the provision of secretariat support for meetings and committees, drafting a variety of correspondence, and working with colleagues across the organisation to provide support with events.
To be considered for this post, previous experience of working within a strong executive or service support background is required. The ability to manage a diverse workload, switching between tasks and concepts quickly and effectively is also key. The post holder will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate across the organisation together with the ability to be proactive and able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity at all times.
