£16k p.a. + excellent commission structure
Our client is a Commercial Finance brokerage who has identified an excellent opportunity for an
experienced Telesales Executive to join their rapidly growing company.
This position will enable the right applicant to initially contact UK based SME companies and establish their finance requirements.
In time, however, the successful applicant will have the fantastic opportunity to develop their position into a full-service Account Manager.
Telesales Executive Role
As Telesales Executive, your role will be fast paced & dynamic and your daily responsibilities will
• Making contact with business owners and heads of finance via telephone and email, accessed through a database of current UK businesses. You will be using the latest cloud based telephone equipment, including Bluetooth headsets
• Identifying new business opportunities, gaining leads and packaging these leads into initial proposal stage
• Ensuring to strive to meet the set sales target of 3 deals per month
Who are we looking for?
• Experience in Telesales is advantageous, direct client phone experience is essential
• Excellent communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills (email correspondence with business owners will be a part of the lead generation process)
• Highly organised, ambitious and results driven individual who can work autonomously
• combined with working as part of a team.
• Must be self-motivated - the desire to learn and balance a tenacious attitude with professionalism is fundamental to this role.

• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
