Customer Service Advisor
Charnwood Borough Council is looking for a competent and reliable permanent Customer Service Advisor to deal with enquiries coming into our Customer Service Centre. You will be required to provide guidance and information to customers and process service requests for a variety of Council functions.
You will have experience of working in a customer service environment, dealing with customers, both face to face and over the telephone. You will have a passion
for delivering exceptional customer service, having a polite and courteous attitude and the ability to be assertive, when required. Furthermore, you will be an excellent listener and communicator, and be confident in dealing with all types of people.
You are required to be proficient in the use of IT and quick to learn new systems and processes.
