You will have a minimum of 2 years of solution selling experience selling either cloud-based business applications and/or bespoke software solutions, ideally coming from a Recruitment Software or Services background or possibly an HR or Payroll background although not essential.

The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to help shape the direction of the business and be part of a rapidly growing company that already has a solid customer base.

The key requirements of the role are;

  • Help develop a unique and compelling value proposition for each sector
  • Find, qualify and close new business clients
  • Fully understand our solution and service offerings with the ability to conduct product demonstrations online or face-to-face
  • Be comfortable engaging and working at "C" Level within the target customer
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills to develop sales materials and work on tenders
  • Deliver contract revenues to an agreed plan
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Experience in working in the public sector would be an advantage
