E-learning Application Support Analyst - develop Moodle skills
This brilliant Coventry based organisation is looking for a new E-learning application support analyst to join their 2nd line team. You will be responsible for providing 2nd line support to their helpdesk and users and supporting a process of continual improvement on their Moodle learning system. You will also help with the roll out of new processes and features by producing documentation and training materials.

-Support and develop Moodle E-learning systems
-2nd line support following ITIL
- Resolve complex problems relating to learning systems
-Keep up to date with developments in learning systems technology
-Continual improvement to learning systems
-Provide training for key users and the training team with video tutorials and documentation
Key Skills & Experience
-Experience providing IT support
-E-learning systems, ideally Moodle but experience with other systems such as Mahara, Blackboard, Echo, Medial, Big Blue Button, iSpring, Turning Point will be welcomed
-Knowledge of a Learning Management System (ideally Moodle) to an administration level
-Write clear and concise documents
-Produce video tutorials
Desirable Skills & Experience
-Prince 2 or another Project Management framework
