Maloy & Flynn Recruitment is an employment agency working on behalf of a large logistics company who are looking for a Part Time Administrator/Coordinator to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.

This role will be working 4 hours a day Monday to Friday ideally in the morning. (Although some flexibility within the hours may be possible) and will be offering an hourly rate of GBP8.50 per hour.

The job role:

- Following the returns process for redistribution returns of vehicle parts
- Identifying stock pull back opportunities
- Coordinating the returns of material
- Arranging transport and courier collections
- Updating internal systems and creating reports

What do you need to apply?

- At least two years working within a fast paced administration role
- Experience working within a logistics company (desirable)
- Experience using SAP (desirable)
- Full driving licence and your own transport- due to the location of the business
- Excellent communication skills both over the phone and in written communication
