My client a well established business in their market are recruiting for a Part time HR Manager to join their business reporting into the Managing Director and the Financial Controller. This is an exciting role for someone who is looking for a role where they can drive change working closely with the business. This is a truly generalist role covering all sites across the UK. As the HR Manager, you will provide Generalist HR support on all employment related issues including disciplinary, absence, performance, not to mention their recruitment process in order to attract the right talent. This is a generalist role leading on disciplinary and grievance procedures, absence management, performance management, supporting the business through acquisitions, and supporting through a key system implementation of a time and attendance system. In order to be successful for this position you will be a true generalist and have worked in a generalist role, ideally be CIPD qualified or working towards your qualification. You will have previously worked within a blue collar workforce. You will possess excellent communication skills along with IT skills. In exchange will receive a competitive salary and benefits.
