The Role

Our client is looking for an Office Administrator, to assist in the day to day tasks for the organisation.

Duties will include, but won't be limited to:

-Answering incoming phone calls

-Provide support with purchase orders and invoices

-Maintaining a filing system and paperwork

-Supporting other departments where necessary

-Responding to emails and managing the inbox

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative position within a Engineering or Manufacturing company, as well as:

-Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

-Be very well organised and have a great attention to detail

-Have excellent customer service skills

-Have strong Excel skills and feel confident in working on spreadsheets

-Be a self-starter, show initiative and can work as part of a team

-Previous experience in dealing with invoices and quotations
