Stonewater is seeking a Tenancy Services Officer to join our housing management team. You will need to be a self-starter who is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service, with an ability to act as a role model for colleagues, while motivating them to deliver excellent results.

Main responsibilities:

- Being responsible for all aspects of housing management in your area including tenancies and estate services contracts, anti-social behaviour, property and estate inspections
- Working in partnership with residents and both internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting the area manager with budget planning
- Setting and monitoring performance targets
- Acting as a role model for Stonewater's values.

It is your responsibility to achieve and exceed performance targets, when it comes to delivering exceptional customer services, whilst ensuring compliance with performance, quality and service standards as well as policies and procedures.

You should be a solid communicator, who is devoted to the cause of social housing, who uses a no-nonsense practical approach when faced with new challenges.

Good literacy and numeracy skills are a must, and should be complimented by the ability to use IT applications efficiently. You should have experience in delivering housing and related services and have an understanding of housing law.

Ideally, you should be qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

A full driving licence is also required.

The role involves working with vulnerable adults and as such Stonewater will require appropriate background checks, ie via the Disclosure and Barring Service.
