Job Title: Office Administrator

Salary: £8 - £12 per hour
Job type: Full time or Part time

We are currently recruiting for an Office administrator to be based in Coventry.

Responsibilities:

Receiving all incoming telephone calls and maintaining the telephone system
Maintaining a safe and clean office and kitchen
Receiving, sorting and distributing the post; arranging courier distribution
Monitoring stationery and kitchen consumable levels, and raising purchase orders as required
Writing up invoices to send to customers
Maintaining our social media profiles.
To prepare and raise invoices as requested.
To carry out other reasonable management requests, i.e. answering phones, filing, photocopying and general office duties.
To co-ordinate travel arrangements for team members including rail, air travel and hotel bookings.
To arrange meetings and update electronic diaries.

The ideal candidate:

Will be able to complete tasks in a timely manner
Have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a team as well as independently
A polite telephone manner
Good time keeping and organisational skills
Be able to adapt to change easily
Previous experience in a similar role
