Chartwell Trust Care is a leading provider of care based in Leicester and Leicestershire. We provide support to adults with a primary diagnosis of learning disability, and other associated conditions such autism, challenging behaviour and mental health.

We are expanding rapidly and are looking for Team Leaders and Support Workers to join us in our new service, which will be opening at the beginning of September 2017. You will ultimately report to the Supported Living Manager.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Social and emotional support, either at the service and / or in the local community
  • Support with shopping and budgeting
  • Building and maintaining relationships with family and friends
  • Household tasks including cooking, cleaning and laundry
  • Prompting for personal care
  • Comprehensive and accurate record-keeping
  • Team Leaders will be responsible for managing small teams of Support Workers
