Technical Recruiter - In-house
Our client is a visionary communications partner, with over 130 people across 2 offices in Wolverhampton and Birmingham. They work with some of the world's biggest brands to create and deliver a wide range of digital marketing, brand development and creative communications for their clients. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Recruiter with a proven track record to support their Resource Management Team. This is a contract position but would consider permanent for the right person and in return for their hard work, the successful candidate will be rewarded competitively.
Working across a range of technical and IT related roles, you will work as part of a close-knit team searching and securing permanent and contract talent for their company. This role is to source and attract high calibre, super talented, candidates, for a range of ongoing open vacancies for their growing business and well-known client base. You must be able to hit the ground running with limited supervision and be responsible for multiple candidate searches using social media, job boards for advertising and sourcing candidates using specifically targeted search techniques ensuring to secure the best quality candidates.
You will be skilled at communicating at all levels, enabling you to extract information from managers to establish exactly what they are looking for from their new employees and provide support and guidance along the way. You will have good ideas when it comes to recruiting and the best place to find candidates and you will engage with them easily, encouraging them to apply and selling the company, getting them excited about the prospect of a career with them. You must be used to working within a busy, hands on role and you will be skilled at dealing with multiple tasks simultaneously.
