As a valued part of our team of 5 we are looking for your commitment & focus to apply excellent coordination, administration and resource skills to help our Regional Permanents Consultant resource the right candidate skills and experience for our clients. 
 

At the forefront of our business you will be researching and engaging with candidates to understand their needs, reviewing candidate applications, working closely with our Regional Perms Manager, inviting candidates into branch to register and assist in securing them a new opportunity. 
 

A full training programme is offered enabling you to ask the right questions, manage your time and workload effectively to synchronise with clients needs and apply focus where we need it. 
 

Creating candidate attraction, you will also liaise with clients, confirm interviews, book appointments and diary managing, attending client visits, this is a great position offering the right person a full understanding of our highly successful recruitment solution we offer our clients.

Key skills we need from you - 
 

A high attention to detail and focus

Administration/Project coordination experience

Time management

A sound understanding of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook

A keen interest in social media and research is desired but not essential

Someone that is open to learn & engage

This role comes with an attractive salary dependant on experience £16,000 - £20,000 with an additional personal bonus incentive, great city centre location and the opportunity to join a great fun team.
