The job will involve all aspects of accounts, including; Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Credit Control, processing VAT returns. Duties will consist of ledger and bank reconciliations, preparation of end of month BACS payment run and reconcile company credit cards. This is a varied job role so applicants must be willing to be flexible in their duties, become a motivated member of a small, close-knit team and be willing to learn about the organisation as a whole.

You will be overseeing the Accounts Department with all aspects of:

-Experience of Sage Line 50 is essential must have 5 years minimum.
-Raising and processing Sales invoices
-Supplier Enquiries in dealing with Debit Notes
-Bank Reconciliations
-General Administration Duties
-Purchase Ledger
-Sales Ledger including credit control
-Other ad-hoc duties as and when required

The right person will have all round accounting experience, good financial awareness and the ability to work to deadlines. They must also have a strong, personable nature and good communication skills.
