Administrative Assistant

We are a small but expanding firm of Accountants in Leicester. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrative assistant on a temporary to permanent basis. Pay and hours are negotiable. Previous experience of working in an Accountancy firm is desired. We are in need of someone who is able to support and work alongside Management on a daily basis.

Duties will include:        

  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Dealing with post/filing/photocopying and so on
  • Scanning and saving of client documentation to ensure accurate client data is held
  • Maintaining client files and records
  • General office administration
  • The ability to turn to a variety of different tasks within the office
