Trainee Finance Assistant / Administrator

Successful Warwick based Document Solution Company require a Trainee Finance Assistant / Administrator to join their Administration department.

The right candidate will be a self motivated individual who prides themselves in accuracy having excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsible for the following areas:

  • Processing of Purchase Invoices
  • Creation and Processing of Sales Invoices for TPC Digital Solutions Ltd
  • Daily Processing of Customer receipts via Cheque, BACS and Credit Cards when needed
  • Monitoring of the Capture IT system including:
    • Receiving email responses for Toner Alerts and raising corresponding toner orders
    • Monitoring the volumes of toners being delivered and utilised
    • Liaising with customers as to their toner stocks.
    • Maintaining the machine database with new and deleting old machines
  • Responsible for the current, lost and liquidated Customer Files with associated filing
  • Answering telephone calls from the service desk relating to service calls and consumable orders.
  • Ad-hoc duties

Skills Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to meet strict monthly deadlines.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and the need to work on own initiative required
  • Full Training will be give

Package              

The role will give a salary of £15-£17k.  After a period of employment, enhanced holidays and medical care.
