This is an exciting opportunity for a well organized Sales Support/Outbound Sales Executive to join their growing team based in Leicester. The role offers an uncapped generous commission structure.

This is a split role between B2B Telesales, making outbound calls to potential customers, setting up appointments for the field sales team and assisting with Sales Administration. It's a fun, competitive and target driven environment. Positive attitude, resilience and target focus, whilst having attention to detail are key requirements for this role.

They are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, individual with a good sense of humour, who ideally has experience having worked in a similar style role and has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and sales administration. A strong influencer, with proven negotiation skills, excellent communication with the ability to adapt to a variety of levels of personnel would be great.


- Completing outbound calls, setting up appointments for the Field Sales Team

- Achieve pre-set monthly sales targets.
- Responsible for managing your own accounts, calls and time, ensuring that maximum productivity is met in a fast paced targeted environment.
- Using their CRM to log calls and schedule appointments for the sales team.
