We now have fantastic opportunities for Bank (Day or Night) Care and Support Worker(s) to join our Retirement Living scheme at Bevan Court in Coventry.

Hours: 0 Hours per Week (Rota Basis)
Contract Type: Casual
You will be working within our Older Persons Services, offering person centred care and support to customers based on their individual risk and needs assessment and care and support plan, both devised with the customer to promote choice, independence and empower them to live a fulfilled and active life.
You will also be responsible for assisting customers with medication and liaising with other professionals to support the customer's health and wellbeing. You will also be participating in the schemes activity planner, providing a range of social activities to our customers.
The organisation may from time to time require you to work at other locations within the Coventry area.
We are looking for people who:
- Have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering quality services to vulnerable people.
- Are able to demonstrate empathy whilst enabling people to maximise their independence
- Able to offer close personal care, for example assistance to support bathing
