Our client is a manufacturer of quality pine furniture based in Birmingham. Established for over two decades they are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Duties will include:
* Answer and direct phone calls
* Process orders
* Create and manage invoices
* Credit control
* Act as the point of contact for clients

The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task

In return, our client is offering a very competitive remuneration package including a salary of ??14500 - ??18000 dependant on skills and experience.
