They provide these services through their West Midlands regional branch network and through their online department.

Opportunity
They have an exciting vacancy for a Branch Manager in their Birmingham office. This would suit someone with leadership experience as well as experience working in a regulated environment.

As a Branch Manager you will need to be dynamic, driven, committed, able to use your own initiative and provide full support to other staff members. Ability to communicate and build rapport quickly with both clients and colleagues at all levels is essential.

Job Description
You will be managing your branch on a day to day basis including:
- Managing and taking responsibility for both lending and early delinquency performance.
- Promoting a culture of success and developing staff skills.
- Ensuring adherence to all company and regulatory provisions
- Dealing with customer concerns and ensuring TCF principles are applied
- Responsible for all aspects of resource management

This role will suit an individual who:
- Is able to multitask and work in a busy environment.
- Is 'hands on' and willing to lead by example.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has the ability to develop and implement local business plans.
- Is a proven people leader with the ability to drive the success of a business through a high performing team.

Benefits
Title: Branch Manager (FT Permanent, subject to a probationary period)
Hours of work: 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 15:00 Saturday (rotation)
Positions available: FT
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
Pension: Company Pension Scheme
Holidays: 33 days per annum (including statutory holidays).
Location: Birmingham
