We are now looking to appoint a reliable and flexible Care and Support Worker to cover days with flexibility to cover nights if needed.

Salary: £15,454 per annum (Full Time Equivalent)
Hours: Various part time hours
Contract Type: Permanent

Oakwood Lodge is an extra care scheme based in Willenhall, Wolverhampton providing independent living to our customers.
As a Care and Support Worker you will provide care and support to include self-care, domestic duties, activity planning and involvement, updating care and support plans and providing an active support to our customers. There is 2 x 14 hour posts available and 1 x 17.5 hour post available.
We are looking for people who:
- Have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering quality services to vulnerable people.
- Are able to demonstrate empathy whilst enabling people to maximise their independence
- Are able to offer close personal care, for example assistance to support bathing
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
