Customer Services/Administration assistant
Based at our Distribution centre/warehouse in Syston, Leicester.
Working in a small busy customer services team for a high end retailer. Ensuring the day to day processes are completed efficiently. Giving premium customer service to our customers, dealing with customer complaints ensuring they are resolved to a satisfactory solution.
This role also involves providing support to our warehouse administrator, assisting in the day to day administration for a busy warehouse.
- Able to work on your own initiative and prioritise workloads.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have previous Customer Service experience
- Must have good knowledge of Microsoft packages
