Data and Impact Analyst

Hours: 17.5 hours per week 

Salary: £27,853 per annum (pro-rata)

The YES Project is a new, innovative project, which supports young people to find work or get into training and education. It’s a three year, £1.94m project, that targets it’s support at young people who face multiple and complex problems to getting into employment.

Nine organisations provide a varied, intensive and tailored support package to every young person that enters the project to maximise their opportunities and help them to exceed.

Key responsibilities will include, overseeing the project’s data capture procedures, supporting delivery partners, managing the YES database, analysing data and disseminating reports.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who has experience of working in a fast-paced environment and can work effectively within a high performing team.

Experience of developing and using data management systems, analysing data and measuring impact is essential as well as supporting and training staff across the partnership to implement the project’s data and evaluation procedures.

Most importantly, the successful candidate will be energetic, driven and motivated to make a positive impact on young people’s lives.
