JR Personnel is an employment agency, acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a competent individual who has experience of working in an administrative role in a busy customer service/sale office.  The purpose of the role is to provide administration support on customer accounts and the National Account Managers.

Role profile:     

  • Manage the order process from the order being raised to the delivery
  • Manage customer correspondence in a timely and effective manner
  • Implement new product ranges and promotions internally and to the customer
  • Implement timing plans for range launches and promotion
  • Book, confirm and take the minutes of meetings
  • Take and response to customer queries
  • General administration tasks including producing quotations, tenders and sending out samples

Person profile:

  • Experience in a previous office administration role
  • Diary and task management
  • Proven experience of managing and prioritising own work load
  • Self-motivated, and able to multi task on a daily basis
  • Action orientated, and has the attitude to get things done, bringing a ‘can do’ approach to work
  • Shows initiative

Essential criteria:

  • Very proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good typing skills
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Customer focused
  • Able to multi task
